Ingredients
For Methi Malai Matar
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 inch Ginger, roughly chopped
1 large onions, sliced
5-6 cloves garlic
1 green chilly
1/3 cup Cashew Nuts
1 cup Water

For gravy
1 tsp ghee
Strained onion cashew paste
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup water
sugar 1 tsp
salt to taste

For Tempering
1-2 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Green Peas
2 cup fresh Fenugreek leaves
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
salt to taste


For Tadka
1 tsp Ghee
7-8 no. Cashew Nuts
1 tbsp kasuri methi
