Here you go, you will love this one. #HappyCookingToYou #foodfusion #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3okJvngServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup (room temperature)-Cream 2 tbs-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1-Tinday (Round gourd) 1 kg (cut in small pieces)-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Hari mirch (Green chilli) slicedDirections:-In a chopper,add tomatoes,chop well & set aside.-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,whisk well & set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,bay leaf & mix well.-Add round gourd,onion,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.-Add ginger,garlic,green chillies,salt,mix well & cook for 6-8 minutes.-Add pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (6-8 minutes). -Now add prepared yogurt mixture,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-Add fresh coriander & mix well.-Add black pepper crushed,dried fenugreek leaves & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (18-20 minutes).-Add fresh coriander & green chilli.-Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli & serve!
