Grind together cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves, green chilli, ginger, garlic and chopped coriander alongwith some water to a fine paste.2. Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, Malwanimasala and yogurt and mix well. Add prepared paste, mix and set aside for 15-20 minutes.3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 4. Take rice flour and semolina in a plate and mix well.Coat chicken pieces with rice flour-semolina mixture. 5. Shallow-fry the prepared chicken from both sides in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.6.
