2. 1 over ripe banana, mashed

3. 1/4 cup curd

4. 1/8 cup roughly powdered sugar/ superfine sugar

5. 1/2 tsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds

6. 1/4 tsp baking soda

7. Salt to taste

8. Flour for dusting

9. Oil for frying
