Make these yummy burfis with mangoes while the season lasts!MANGO BARFIIngredients ½ cup mango pulp1 cup fresh scraped coconut½ cup sugar¼ cup fresh creamGhee for greasing¼ tsp green cardamom powder1 tbsp powdered sugar1-2 tbsps finely chopped mixed dry fruits + for sprinklingMethod1. Heat coconut in a non-stick pan. Add sugar, cream and mango pulp, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.2. Grease a barfi tray with some ghee.3. Add cardamom powder, powdered sugar and mixed dry fruits to the pan, mix and cook till the mixture thickens.4. Transfer the mixture into the greased tray, level it out and tap. Sprinkle some mixed dry fruits on top and set aside for 2-3 hours.5.
