Yummy basundi with the flavour of fresh mangoes is all you need this summer!MANGO BASUNDIIngredients 1 ripe mango, peeled, deseeded and chopped1 liter milk1 cup condensed milk½ teaspoon green cardamom powder Method1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan and reduce on low heat for 2 hours.2. Heat mango in another non-stick pan, mix and cook till pulpy. Add ½ cup condensed milk, mix, slightly mash and cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Add green cardamom powder to reduced milk and mix. Add remaining condensed milk, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Switch off heat, add cooked mango and mix well. 4. Pour in individual small earthen bowls and bring down to room temperature. Refrigerate to chill. 5. Serve chilled.
