Here's a creamy and delectable cheesecake with fresh mangoes to make the most of this season.

MANGO CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

½ cup mango pulp
1 medium mango, cut into cubes
1 cup cream cheese
6-8 digestive biscuits
2 tbsps melted butter
¼ cup condensed milk
2 cups whipped cream
Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Method

1. Put the digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush it with a rolling pin.
2. Add melted butter and mix well. Transfer a portion of the mixture into each serving jars and press it to even out the top. Refrigerate to chill.
3. Take cream cheese in a large bowl, add condensed milk, mango pulp and mix well. Add whipped cream and gently fold till well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and snip the end.
5. Pipe out the mixture into the prepared glasses. Add mango cubes on top and garnish with mint sprig. Serve.
