Here's a creamy and delectable cheesecake with fresh mangoes to make the most of this season.MANGO CHEESECAKEIngredients½ cup mango pulp1 medium mango, cut into cubes1 cup cream cheese6-8 digestive biscuits2 tbsps melted butter¼ cup condensed milk2 cups whipped creamFresh mint sprig for garnishMethod1. Put the digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush it with a rolling pin.2. Add melted butter and mix well. Transfer a portion of the mixture into each serving jars and press it to even out the top. Refrigerate to chill.3. Take cream cheese in a large bowl, add condensed milk, mango pulp and mix well. Add whipped cream and gently fold till well combined.4. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and snip the end.5. Pipe out the mixture into the prepared glasses.
