Experience a slice of paradise with our Mango Coconut Fudge Barfi, made even more delightful with Olper's Tarrka! #foodfusion #happycookingtoyou #olperstarrka #digitalammi #mangodessert Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/47t2C0bRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Aam (Mangoes) fresh or frozen 2 medium-Nariyal (Fresh coconut) 1 medium-Olpers Tarrka Desi ghee 2 tbs-Olpers Milk Cup-Sugar Cup or to taste-Olpers Milk powder 1 & Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Olpers Tarrka Desi ghee 1 tsp-Olpers Tarrka Desi ghee 1 tsp-Kaju (Cashew nut) half -Pista (Pistachios) chopped-Rose petals Directions:-In a blender jug,add mangoes,blend well & set aside (1 & Cup puree).-Finely grate fresh coconut in a bowl & set aside (1 & Cup). -In a frying pan,add desi ghee & let it melt.-Add fresh coconut,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.-Add milk & mix well.-Add mango puree,sugar,milk powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes.-Add cardamom powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes.-Add desi ghee,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.-Add desi ghee & cook on medium flame until it leaves the sides of the pan.-Wrap cling film on one side of rectangular mold.-Transfer barfi mixture & spread evenly.-Mark the pieces & decorate with cashew nuts,pistachios & rose petals.-Let it cool at room temperature & refrigerate for 2-3 hours.-Cut into pieces & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Aam (Mangoes) fresh or frozen 2 medium-Nariyal (Fresh coconut) 1 medium-Olpers Tarrka Desi ghee 2 tbs-Olpers Milk Cup-Sugar Cup or to taste-Olpers Milk powder 1 & Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Olpers Tarrka Desi ghee 1 tsp-Olpers Tarrka Desi ghee 1 tsp-Kaju (Cashew nut) half -Pista (Pistachios) chopped-Rose petals Directions:-Bender jug mein aam dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein (1 & Cup puree).-Nariyal ko bowl mein grate ker lein & side per rakh dein (1 & Cup). -Frying pan mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Nariyal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Mango puree,cheeni aur milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur halki ancch per 14-15 minutes kliya paka lein.-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.-Desi ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.-Desi ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein.-Rectangular mold ki ek side per cling film laga lein.-Barfi mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein.-Pieces ko mark ker lein,kaju,pista aur rose petals sa decorate ker lein.-Room temperature per thanda ker lein & 2-3 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
