Mango Cream | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A yummy creamy dessert with the goodness of fresh mangoes.

MANGO CREAM

Ingredients

1 cup fresh mango pulp
1 large mango, peeled and chopped
3-4 tablespoons cream
3-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
A pinch green cardamom powder
Whipped cream for topping
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Blend together mango pulp, cream, ice cream, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to a smooth mixture.
2. Pour into individual serving glasses and top with some whipped cream and chopped mango.
3. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
