Mango katki picklePreparation time 5 mins cooking time 8-10 mins Serving 4 pax Ingredients quantity Coriander seed 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Raw mango 1½ nos Oil 2 tbsp Cinnamon stick 1 nos Cloves 2 nos Shahi jeera ½ tsp Jaggery 1 ½ cup Red chilli powder ½ tsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Salt to taste Lg hing a pinch Water as required Mint leaves for garnish (optional) Method : 1. Heat a kadhai , add coriander seed , cumin seed and dry roast it for 2-3 mins . 2. In a blender , add the roasted spices and grind it coarsely , keep it aside 3. Now take raw mangoes , peel it and cut it into small pieces , keep it aside . 4. Heat a kadhai , add oil , cinnamon stick , cloves , shahi jeera and allow it splutter . 5. Now add mango pieces into it and give it stir . 6. Now add jaggery mix it well . 7. Now add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt , lg hing and mix it thoroughly . 8. Now add water , coarsely grinded mixture and mix it well . 9. Allow it to cook until it reaches a bit more than one string consistency 10. Once it done , transfer it to serving bowl . 11. Garnish with mint leaves . 12.
