Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:-Rice rawa: 1 ½ cupsWater: 2 ½ cupsFreshly grated coconut: ¼ cup (20g)Ghee: 2 tablespoonsDry dates powder: 2 tablespoonsKissan Mango Jam: 1 ½ tablespoonsCardamom powder: A pinch Pistachio flakes to garnish Method of preparationHeat ghee in a pan and roast rice rawa until fragrant and light pinkBring the water almost to boiling point and keep it readyPour in the boiled water into the mixture and mix it together avoiding any lumps Add dry dates powder and Kissan Mango Jam to the mixture and give it a quick mixWhen the rava absorbs almost all the liquid, add almost all the coconut (save a little for the garnish) and cardamom powder. Mix it wellPut the cooked mixture in a lightly greased thali or baking tray. Sprinkle the reserved coconut and pistachio flakes and pat lightly to press them inCool completely and cut into squares or diamondsPack it in your child's tiffin box with sides of Khakra and grapes
