Aam Kheer, Mango Rice Pudding, mango rice kheer recipe, Aamer Payesh, Mambalam Payasam,

Ingredients :
Full Cream Milk (दूध) - 1 ltr
Ripe Mango (पके आम ) - 1 cup (pulp)
Ripe Mango (पके आम ) - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Rice Grain (छोटे चावल ) - 1/4 cup (soaked)
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1/2 cup
Green Cardamoms (इलायची )- 1/4 tsp (powder)
Cashews (काजू ) - 8 to 10
Almonds (बादाम ) - 8 to 10

How to make Mango Rice Kheer:

1. Take full cream milk,Put it to boil.
2. Take cashews and almonnds, thinly chop some and cut some.
3. As the milk boils, stir it, then reduce flame, Add soaked rice. Stir at intervals and cook on low medium flame.
4. Once Milk and rice are of same consistency, add the cut cashews and almonds. Stir at intervals and cook for 4 to 5 more minutes.
5. When kheer is dense in consistency add sugar to it. Add cardamom powder. Mix well. Cook the Kheer on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off flame.
6. Let the Kheer cool, then add mango pulp to it and mix well. Garnish with mango pieces, cashews, almonds.

Serving:
7. Yummy Mango Kheer is ready to be served. Satisfy all your cravings with this yummy Kheer.
