Mango Mastani | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Refreshing chilled recipe made using fresh mango puree cream and scoops of vanilla ice cream.

MANGO MASTANI

Ingredients

2 cups fresh mango puree + for serving
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream
3 tablespoons sugar
Vanilla ice cream scoops as required
Chopped mixed nuts for garnishing

Method

1. Blend together the mango puree, milk, cream and sugar into a smooth mixture.
2. Put 1 tablespoon of mango puree into individual glasses. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and pour some of the blended mango mixture. Repeat the layers till the glass is filled. Garnish with chopped mixed nuts.
3. Serve chilled.
