In a bowl add flour, icing sugar, salt and mix well. add butter and mix well to form crumbs.2. Now add chilled water and knead a smooth dough.3. Refrigerate the dough for 1-15 minutes.4. Now transfer the dough onto silicon mat and dust flour. Roll it out into flat circle.5. Place the rolled out dough into tart pan and cut the extra edges.6. Prick the dough with fork. Place butter paper on the dough and add white beans to sustain the shape of tart while baking.7. Bake the tart at 180°C for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and set aside.Directions for Mango Mousse Preparation:8. In a blender add mango cubes and blend into smooth puree.9. In a bowl add whipping cream and whip until foamy.
