Mango Popsicles | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This mango Popsicle will make you look forward to the summers.

MANGO POPSICLES - (serves - 4)

Ingredients

2 medium mangoes, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup castor sugar
1½ cups milk

Method

1. Blend together three-fourth mangoes, yogurt, castor sugar and ¾ cup milk to make a smooth mixture.
2. Put remaining chopped mangoes into popsicle mould tray, fill them three-fourth with mango-yogurt mixture and freeze for 1 hour.
3. Remove from freezer, fill the tray with remaining milk and freeze again for 6-8 hours.
4. Demould and serve immediately.
