MANGO POPSICLES - (serves - 4)Ingredients2 medium mangoes, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped½ cup yogurt¼ cup castor sugar 1½ cups milkMethod1. Blend together three-fourth mangoes, yogurt, castor sugar and ¾ cup milk to make a smooth mixture.2. Put remaining chopped mangoes into popsicle mould tray, fill them three-fourth with mango-yogurt mixture and freeze for 1 hour.3. Remove from freezer, fill the tray with remaining milk and freeze again for 6-8 hours.4.
