In a pan add in the milk and soaked basmati rice and cooked for 10-15 mint or until the rice is cooked and thickens.2. Now add in the sugar and mango puree and cook further. Add in the saffron strands and mix well . Now remove it from heat and keep aside.3. In an another pan add in the ghee add in the almond, cashew nut, pistachio and raisin and sauté for sometime add in the cardamom powder and mix .4. Now add this mixture to the kheer and mix.
