A great recipe for the weight watchers.MANGO SALADIngredientsFor one portion½ medium mango, peeled, deseeded and slicedFew iceberg lettuce leaves8-10 snow peas ½ small onion, sliced¼ medium red capsicum, cut into thin strips½ medium avocado, peeled, deseeded and slicedSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to tasteDressing Juice of ½ lemon1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon honey½ inch ginger, gratedSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to tasteMethod1. To prepare dressing, combine lemon juice, olive oil, honey, ginger, salt and crushed peppercorns in a small jar, cover and shake well. 2. Put few lettuce leaves, snow peas, onion, capsicum strips, avocado slices, mango slices in a serving platter. 3.
