Mango Seviyan Rabdi:
Ingredients:

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Thick Vermicelli(Seviyan) – 3/4th cup
Full fat Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – 1/3rd cup
(You can add more sugar
according to your taste)
Chopped almonds – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Fresh Cream – 1/4th cup
Mango puree/pulp – 1 cup
Roasted Almond & Pista silvers
Chopped mangoes
