Blend together milk, castor sugar, cream and mango to make a smooth mixture.2. Heat the mango mixture in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add lemon juice and mix. Switch off heat and bring down to room temperature.3. Transfer the mango mixture in an air-tight container, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours.4. Scoop and serve.
