MANGO THANDAI SMOOTHIEIngredients1 cup mango puree1½ cups milk¼ cup almonds, soaked overnight and peeled¼ cup pistachios, soaked and peeled¼ cup cashewnut, soaked2 tablespoons melon seeds1 tablespoon poppy seeds1 tablespoon + ¼ cup castor sugar½ cup vanilla ice cream1 teaspoon green cardamom powder¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder1 tablespoon candied rose petals (gulkand) Fresh mint sprigs for garnishingMethod1. Grind together almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts, melon seeds, poppy seeds and 1 tablespoon castor sugar to make a smooth mixture. 2. Add ¼ cup milk and grind again.3.
