To make this Rajasthani dish, sauteed Mangodi crush is added into a flavourful curry and cooked to perfection.To watch the recipe of Mangodi click on: https://youtu.be/DG8j18HD3TY MANGODI KI SABZIIngredients1 cup mangodi2 tbsps ghee1 tsp cumin seeds¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)2 tsps chopped garlic2 tsps chopped ginger2-3 green chillies, chopped2 medium onions, sliced1 cup fresh tomato puree½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp coriander powder1½ tsps red chilli powderSalt to taste2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander + to sprinkleMethod1. Heat ghee in a nonstick wok. Add mangodi and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.2. Add cumin seeds to the pan and once they start to change the colour, add asafoetida, garlic, ginger, green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds.3. Add onions and sauté till golden brown.4. Add tomato puree and mix well. Cook till fat separates.5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.6. Crush the mangodis coarsely.7. Add 1 cup water to the pan and once the mixture comes to a boil, add the crushed mangodis. Add 2 cups water and once the mixture comes to a boil, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.8. Add coriander and mix well.9.
