Soaking Time: 8 HoursPreparation Time: 10 minutesCooking Time: 10 minutesMakes 2 servings Ingredients1 cup hara chana (green chick peas) , soaked and boiled2 tbsp butter2 tsp finely chopped green chillies1/2 cup finely chopped onions3/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes1/2 tsp chilli powder1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala2 tsp chaat masalasalt to taste4 tsp lemon juice2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)Method 1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.2. Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the onions turn translucent.3. Add the tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.4. Add the chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and chaat masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.5. Add the salt and hara chana,mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.6. Add the lemon juice and coriander, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.7. Serve hot.
