A must try !MASALA CHEESE TOASTIngredients8 white bread slices 3 medium potatoes, boiled and peeledGrated processed cheese as required1 tablespoon oil 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped5-6 curry leaves ΒΌ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt to taste 2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander leavesButter as requiredGreen chutney for spreading and serving Tomato ketchup for serving Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies, chopped curry leaves and let the curry eaves crackle. 2. Add turmeric powder, grate in potatoes and mix. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer in a bowl.3. To prepare one portion, apply some butter on one side of 2 bread slices. Spread some green chutney on the butter side of one bread slice. 4. Spread some potato mixture and processed cheese on the butter side of other bread slice and cover with the bread slices with chutney side downwards. . 5. Heat a non-stick tawa. 6. Apply some butter on top of sandwiches, place it inverted on the hot tawa and toast till golden brown. Apply some butter on top, flip and toast till golden brown. 7.
