Masala dosa is a traditional South Indian crepe with a spiced potato filling. This potato masala or aloo masala can be stuffed in wraps and sandwiches.Ingredients:Potatoes-5Onion-1Oil- 2-4 tablespoonMustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoonGreen chillies- 3Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoonSalt-1/2 teaspoonHing/Asafoetida- A pinchDosa batter- 2 lbsGhee- As needed(optional)Directions:1. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, peel the skin and mash the potatoes.2. Heat 2 teaspoon oil.Add mustard seeds. Allow them to splutter.Add uraddal, channadal and green chillies. Saute till dal turns golden brown.3. Add and saute onion until translucent.Then add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and hing. Mix it well.4. Sprinkle water sporadically and saute for another 2 minutes.Switch off the flamePotato masala for dosa is ready!!For Dosa:Heat tawa and spread oil around.
