Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry papads till they puff up. Drain on absorbent paper.2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli-garlic chutney and sauté for a minute. Transfer in a bowl. 3. Spread some butter-chutney mixture and green chutney on each fried papad. Put some onion, tomato and chopped coriander on top. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.4.
