Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped ginger-garlic and let their colour change. 2. Add green chillies and onion, mix well and saut till the onion is golden.3. Add chopped vegetables and salt, reduce heat, cover and cook for two to three minutes.4. Add tomato and spices, mix well and cook for two to three minutes.5. Add four cups of water, cup oats, cover and cook for four to five minutes. Add one tablespoon of coriander leaves and mix well.6. Serve hot, garnished with the remaining coriander leaves.
