Masala Oats Healthy Recipe Weight LOSS-Healthy DIET

Super tasty Masala Oats Healthy Breakfast | OATS MASALA

Ingredients:
1/2 cups oats
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoon ginger garlic chopped
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
cup peas
cup carrot, finely chopped
cup beans, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
teaspoon turmeric powder
teaspoon amchoor
teaspoon coriander powder
teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

Method
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped ginger-garlic and let their colour change.
2. Add green chillies and onion, mix well and saut till the onion is golden.
3. Add chopped vegetables and salt, reduce heat, cover and cook for two to three minutes.
4. Add tomato and spices, mix well and cook for two to three minutes.
5. Add four cups of water, cup oats, cover and cook for four to five minutes. Add one tablespoon of coriander leaves and mix well.
6. Serve hot, garnished with the remaining coriander leaves.
