MASALA PANEER SWISS ROLLIngredients200 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into thin strips4 white bread slices½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste½ tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp garam masala powderSalt to taste2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leavesOil for deep fryingGreen chutney to serveTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. In a bowl, add the cottage cheese strips, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, chopped coriander, and mix well.2. Trim the edges of the bread slices and discard them, roll each bread slice into a thin sheet, and cut into half.3. Place a slice of the paneer on each half of the bread slice, and roll it tightly, secure with two tooth picks.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the prepared Swiss rolls in the hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper and remove the tooth picks.5.
