Masala Pasta - Chef Ananya Banerjee

Pasta and noodles are loved by many, young and old, both. This easy recipe of masala pasta can enjoyed as snack, lunch or even dinner. While I am not very fond of fusion food and definitely not into creating a fusion out of a classic dish, this lockdown has compelled us to explore the various dishes we can prepare with whatever limited ingredients we have at our home or making use of the left-over pantry. Presenting my version of masala pasta, an Indian version of pasta.

Ingredients:
Capsicum
Onions
Green chilli
Carrots
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Jeera powder
Dhaniya powder
Red chili powder
1 tbs tomato puree
2 tbs cream

Method:
Boil some pasta with some carrot in it and then strain it,
Take some oil in the pan and sliced garlic in it,
Add green chilli, onions, capsicum turn by turn and then saute it,
Add boiled pasta and carrot in it,
Add some spices: turmeric powder, jeera powder, dhania powder, red chilli powder
Add 1 tbs tomato puree, 2 tbs cream, 1 tbs garam masala powder,
Add the water in which the pasta was boiled and sprinkle cheese on it
The tasty India masala pasta is ready to ready, hope you like it
