Sattu is a great ingredient that has many benefits so make this quick and healthy parantha and enjoy anytime of the day.MASALA SATTU PARANTHAIngredients¾ cup sattuWhole wheat flour dough made with 1½ cups whole wheat flour½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powderSalt to taste2 tsps dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)A small pinch of carom seeds (ajwain)¼ tsp garam masala powder1 green chilli, chopped½ tsp sugar1 tbsp ghee + for cookingWhole wheat flour for dustingChaat masala to sprinklePickle for servingYogurt for servingMethod1. Take sattu in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi, ajwain, garam masala powder, green chilli, sugar, ghee and mix well.2. Add ½ cup water and mix well.3. Dust some flour on surface. Take a portion of whole wheat dough and roll thinly.4. Apply the prepared mixture evenly on the rolled disk and roll tightly.5. Roll again to make a spiral. Dust some more flour and roll into a semi thick disk.6. Heat a nonstick tawa , place the parantha and cook for a minute on medium heat or till the underside is done.7. Flip and cook on other side for a minute, Drizzle ghee and cook for 30 seconds on each side on high heat.8.
