vegetable masala rice recipe, masale bhat maharashtrian wedding delight, masale bhat recipe in hindi , masala bhat banane ki recipe,#MasalaBhat #Masale_Bhat #masala_rice,Ingredients for rice Bhaat Rice - 1 cup (200 gms) (soaked)Tomato - 1 (chopped)Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp Poppy seeds - 1 tsp Sesame seeds - 1 tsp Bay leaves - 1 Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Prakriti star anise - 1 Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 3Black pepper - 6 to 7 Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Shah Jeera - ½ tsp Dry coconut - 2 to 3 tbsp (grated)Cashew - 2 to tbsp Capsicum - ½ cup (chopped)Cauliflower - ½ cup (chopped)Potato - ½ cup (chopped)Ginger - 1 tsp (grated)Coriander leaves - 2 to 3 tbsp Green chilli - 2 to 3 (finely chopped)Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp Cumin seeds - ½ tsp Turmeric powder - ½ tsp Red chilli powder - ½ tsp Salt - 1 tsp How to make rice Bhaat 1- Add a teaspoon of poppy seeds, a teaspoon of sesame seeds, a teaspoon of Royal Cumin seeds, a teaspoon of coriander seeds in the pan. 2- Add a bay leaf, an inch of cinnamon stick, a Prakrti star anise, 2 smaller sized green cardamoms, 3 cloves, 5 to 6 black peppers to it. 3- Roast the spices while continuously stirring them for 1 to 1.5 minutes and separate them in a plate after roasting. 4- Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated dry coconut in the pan and saute it. 5- Separate it in the same plate and add a ½ teaspoon of oil in the pan.6- Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of cashews in the pan and roast while continuously stirringit until its colour changes.7- Remove it in the separate bowl and preheat the pan to cook Masala Bhaat.8- Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in it and add 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds in the oil.9- After roasting the mustard seeds, add a 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds to it.10- Saute the spices and turn the flame to low. 11- Add the chopped potatoes and saute it for 2 minutes.12- Add a ½ cup of chopped cauliflower and roast it for 2 minutes. 13- Add a ½ cup of chopped capsicum and roast it crunchy. 14- Add 2 to 3 finely chopped green chilli to it and a teaspoon of grated ginger too. 15- Add a finely chopped tomato and saute it for a minute. 16- Add the soaked rice to it along with a 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, a 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli, a teaspoon of salt and roast while continuously stirring it. 17- Add 2 cups of water to it and roasted ground spices. 18- Cook it for 5 minutes on the medium flame. 19- Stir it and again cook it while covering it for 5 minutes on the low flame. 20- After cooking it, move it in the serving bowl and garnish with roasted cashews, finely chopped green coriander. 21- The Masala Bhaat is ready to be served Subscribe for more recipes - http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=nishamadhulikaFor the Best recipes on YouTube, log onto - http://www.youtube.com/nishamadhulikaFind us on Facebook at - https://www.facebook.com/nishamadhulikaVisit my Hindi Websitehttp://nishamadhulika.com
