Ingredients:

250 gms Matar, mashed
10-12 Garlic, chopped
3-4 Green Chillies, chopped
1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Maida dough for karanji

साहित्य:

२५० gms मटार, कुस्करून घेतलेले
१० ते १२ लसूण, चिरून
३ ते ४ हिरव्या मिरच्या, चिरून
१/४ tsp काळं मिरी पावडर
मीठ
तेल
मैद्यची कणीक

Method:

- In a pan heat some oil.
- Then add garlic, green chillies, balck pepper powder, mashed matar & salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well for 2 minutes.
- The stuffing is ready.
- Make a soft dough using maida, salt and water.
- Roll small size rotis and fill the rotis with a teaspoon of the matar stuffing.
- Fold the karanji as shown in the video and seal the sides of the karanji.
- Keep all the karanjis ready.
- In a pan, heat some oil for frying. Fry the karanjis till golden brown.
- Piping hot Matar Karanji is ready to serve!
