Matar ke chilke ki chutneyPreparation time : 5 mins . Cooking time : 10 mins Serving : 4 pax Ingredients Quantity Oil 2 tbsp Green peas Outer covering 250 gm Ginger 1 ½ inch Garlic 3-4 cloves Green Chilli 3-4 nos Coriander leaves ½ bunch Dry mango powder ½ tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp Salt to taste Onion chopped 1 nos Tomato chopped 1 nos Lemon juice ½ nos Method : 1. Wash and rinse the outer covering of green peas , remove its string and keep it aside . 2. Heat a kadhai , add oil , green peas outer covering and sauté it nicely pn low flame for 3-4 mins. 3. Meanwhile , cut ginger in small pieces and crush it with grinding stone . 4. Now take garlic , green chilli and crush it with grinding stone until it become fine paste . 5. Now take the sautéed outer covering and crush it thoroughly using grinding stone . 6. Now add coriander leaves , crush and make a paste of it thoroughly . 7. Transfer the paste in a bowl , add dry mango powder , chaat masala , salt , onion , tomato ,lemon juice and mix it well . 8. Once ready , transfer it to serving bowl . 9. Serve as accompaniment along with rotis .
