Mutter Nal Chilka Serving – 4 no’s Preparation - 15 mins Cooking time – 18 mins Ingredients quantity • Fresh green peas 2 cup • Oil 2 tsp. • Cumin 1 tsp. • Ginger Juliennes 1 inch • Green chillies ( slits ) 4 nos • Salt to taste • Fresh coriander leaves 2-3 tsp. • Turmeric powder ½ tsp • Red chilli powder ½ tsp. • Gram masala ½ tsp. • Dry mango powder ½ tsp. Method • Take Fresh green peas remove String Stem and cut into 2 pieces with skin & keep aside. • Heat oil in a Pan & add cumin seeds, ginger juliennes , green chilli sauté it for a 1 min . • Add green peas, along with its outer part and peeled green peas & sauté it for about 2 mins. • Now add salt sauté it for 30 seconds. Cover with lid and cook for 10 mins on medium flame, stir continuously. • Meanwhile roughly chop coriander leaves, • And add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, and Saute it for 2-3 mins • Add coriander leaves & stir well . • Transfer it to serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and ginger julienne . • Serve hot .
