Matcha White Chocolate Latte | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The combination of matcha tea leaves and white chocolate makes this latte extra special. Do try !

MATCHA WHITE CHOCOLATE LATTE

Ingredients

4 teaspoons matcha tea
1 cup chopped white chocolate
2 cups milk

Method

1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add white chocolate, whisk and cook till chocolate melts and the mixture boils. Switch off heat.
2. Put 1 teaspoon matcha tea in individual cups and pour some boiled milk-chocolate mixture over.
3. Serve hot.
