Mawa or Khoya is a thickened milk used for mostly making the sweets.. Although easily available in India but most of the times, khoya is adulterated and so sweets..

Preparing Khoya or mawa is easy as cutting a piece of cake.. Just keep two things in mind, pure fresh milk, and stir, stir, stir!

Fresh is always the best! You might also get mawa/khoya from your nearest super market but thats not fresh..

Once you prepare mawa/khoya you can prepare dozen's of delicacies!
