Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) Hot Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Ghee 5-6 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Til (Sesame seeds) 3 tbs
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 4 tbs
-Sooji (Semolina) Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Oil for frying

Directions:
-In jug,add milk,sugar,ghee and mix well until sugar is dissolved.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,sesame seeds,desiccated coconut,semolina,cardamom powder and mix well.
-Gradually add milk mixture and knead to form a dough,cover and let it rest for 1 hour (yields: 10-12 pieces).
-Grease your hands with oil and divide dough into two equal parts.
-Roll out dough with the help of rolling pin and cut with cutter.
-In a wok,heat oil and fry on medium low flame until light golden.

Ajza:

-Jug mein doodh,cheeni aur ghee dal ker cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bowl mein maida,til ka tail,khopra,sooji aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka milk mixture daltey jayein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dhak ker 1 hour kliya rakh dein (yields: 10-12 pieces).
-Haathon ko oil sa grease ker lein aur dough ko do hisson mein divde ker lein.
-Dough ko rolling pin sa roll ker lein aur cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Karhai mein oil garam karein,medium low flame per light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
