A great way to sneak in veggies, this creamy Methi Besan ki Sabzi tastes best when served alongside garma garam chapatti.METHI BESAN KI SABZIIngredients¾ cup gram flour (besan)1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves (methi)1 tbsp oil2-3 green chillies, chopped1 medium onion, chopped½ tbsp ginger paste½ tbsp ginger paste¼ cup rice flour½ lemon4 tbsps yogurt1 tsp sugar½ tsp Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to tasteChopped coriander for garnishChapatis to serveMethod1. Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, onion and sauté till translucent.2. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Add besan, rice flour and mix well.3. Add 1½ cups water and mix till well combined and lumps free. Squeeze lemon, add yogurt and sugar. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Continuously keep mixing till the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.4. Add methi leaves and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and take it off the heat. Transfer to a serving plate.5.
