Methi Bhaaji is an extremely nutritious and healthy sabzi which is made from a green, leafy vegetable.METHI BHAJIIngredients1 medium bunch fresh fenugreek sprouts1 medium onion1 green chilli1 tbsp oilA pinch of asafoetida (hing)½ tsp mustard seeds4-5 garlic cloves, crushedSalt to tasteA pinch of turmeric powder¼ tsp red chilli powderMethod1. Wash the fenugreek sprouts well in plenty of water.2. Finely chop onion and green chilli.3. Heat oil in a non-tick pan, add asafoetida and mustard seeds and let the seeds splutter. Add onion and mix. Add garlic and saute.4. Roughly chop the fenugreek sprouts and add to the pan. Add green chilli and salt and mix.5. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
