This veggie and flavor packed recipe is perfect for when you want to treat yourself to a restaurant like meal at home.METHI MATAR MALAIIngredients1 tbsp Tata Sampann Kasuri Methi1½ cups green peas, blanched1 cup fresh cream + for drizzling1 tbsp oil1 tsp cumin seeds1 large onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely chopped1 tbsp ginger-garlic pasteSalt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powder½ tsp garam masala powderFreshly chopped coriander leaves for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add onion and sauté till it turns golden brown in colour.2. Add tomato and mix well. Cook till it turns pulpy. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.3. Add green peas, garam masala powder and mix well. Add Tata Sampann Kasuri Methi. Mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.4. Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and take it off the heat. Transfer into a serving bowl.5. Drizzle a little cream on top and garnish with chopped coriander.
