Methi Matar Pulao is a healthy and tasty pulao recipe made from a combination of two winter vegetable Fenugreek Leaves and Green Peas. This Pulav recipe is quick and easy to make. Ingredients:
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 4-5 Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 cup Onion (sliced)
- Salt
- 1 cup Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1 cup Rice (washed & soaked)
- 2 cups Water (lukewarm)
- Salt
