Methi Muthia | मेथी मुठिया | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Methia Muthias are ideal snacks to munch on a journey and it remains without spoiling for many days. It is very easy to prepare. Just follow the instructions given in this Methi Muthia recipe and get ready for your dream vacation. Wish you a safe & happy journey.

Ingredients;
(in the order of instructions)
2 cups Methi/Fenugreek leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp White Til
1/4 tsp Hing
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 tsp Curd
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ginger Green Chilli Paste
1 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Rava/Semolina
1/2 cup Besan/Gram flour
1 tbsp Oil
Oil for deep frying
