The combination of methi leaves and onions in this crispy pakodas is just divine!METHI PYAZ KE PAKODEIngredients1½ cups chopped fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)2 medium onions (pyaz)Salt to taste ½ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp cumin powder1 tsp coriander powder¼ tsp turmeric powder¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)2 tsps rice flour¾ cup gram flour (besan)Oil for deep fryingGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Take fenugreek leaves in a large bowl. Add salt and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. 2. Finely chop the onions.3. Squeeze the excess water from the fenugreek leaves through a muslin cloth. Discard the water and add the leaves into a large bowl. Add the onions, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powde, salt, carom seeds, rice flour and gram flour and mix well.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in small portions of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 5.
