Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.2. Add the prepared chilli-garlic paste, tomatoes and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.3. Add the salt and 2 tbsp of water and sauté on a medium flame for a minute.4. Add the mixed vegetables and 1 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.5. Add the rice and a little salt, mix well and cook no a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.6. Serve hot.
