Lamb or Beef or Chicken minceGarlic, grated6 Eggs, beatenVegetables of your choiceTomato puree1 tbsp. Taco Spice MixSalt, to taste1 Jalapeno, slicedSpring onions for garnishFor Taco spice mix, grind the following spices:-1 tbsp. Chilli powder ½ tsp. Garlic powder ¼ tsp. Onion powder ¼ tsp. Chilli flakes ½ tsp. Oregano ½ tsp. Paprika 1½ tsp. Cumin powder 1 tsp. Salt1 tsp.
