Mexican Stew
2 Ike lean beef - 1 tsp.
cup chopped suet - 2 quarts cold water.
cup flour - 4 average potatoes quartered
1 tablespoon chili powder - 6 small onions.
1 clove garlic.
Roll meat in flour, brown in hot suet, add cold water, chili powder. salt. cook until meat is tender, add onions and potatoes. Cook until vegetables are we done.
