Place the mug in the microwave and cover it tightly with a plate. Cook the rice on 50% power for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, stir in the mushrooms, spinach and thyme. Cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Once the cooking is complete, let the mug rest in the microwave for another 4-5 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!!Lasagna Soup cup mini pasta shells4 frozen cooked meatballs, chopped1 cups vegetable or chicken broth2 tbsp marinara sauce tsp minced garlic cup spinach, chopped2 tbsp ricotta cheese1 tsp parmesan cheese, freshly gratedIn a large mug combine pasta, meatballs, broth and marinara sauce. Stir well. Cook on 70% powder for 6 minutes. Stir in your spinach and let the soup sit for 3-4 minutes or until the spinach is completely wilted. Top with ricotta and parmesan cheese.Berry Baked Oatmeal1 mashed banana cup oats cup milk 2 tbsp liquid eggs tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp maple syrup tsp baking powder cup mixed berriesCombine all of the ingredients in a large mug. Microwave on full power for 3-4 minutes or until the oatmeal is set. Top with vanilla yogurt and more berries.
