Sabudana khichdi is a tasty combo of sago pearls, potato, peanuts and few more ingredients.IngredientsSago pearls – 1 cupPotato – 1 (diced)Peanuts – ½ cup (roasted and coarsely ground)Green coriander – 2 tbspOil – 2 tbspLemon juice – 2 tspGreen chillies – 1-2 (finely chopped)Ginger – 1 inch baton (grated) or 1 tsp pasteCumin seeds – ½ tspRed chilly powder – less than ¼ tspSalt – ¾ tsp or to tasteDirectionsGetting ready:1.Soak the sago pearls for an hour in a cup of water.Making:2.Microwave the oil for a minute in microwave safe bowl then put the cumin seeds in the bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Now add green chilly, ginger and potatoes to the bowl, stir then cover the bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.3.Now add sago pearls, red chilly powder, salt, roasted peanuts and ¼ cup of water in the bowl and mix all the ingredients really well.
