Try it ASAP!MILLET RAW BANANA CUTLETIngredients½ cup cooked barnyard millet (samo)2 boiled raw bananas, peeled1 medium onion, chopped½ cup grated beetroot¼ cup grated carrot2-3 green chillies, chopped½ tsp fennel (saunf) powder¼ tsp dry mango powder (amchur)¼ cup crushed roasted peanuts3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves½ tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste¾ tsp Tata Sampann Kitchen King MasalaOil for shallow fryingGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Take boiled raw bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a masher. Add cooked millet and mash well. 2. Add beetroot, carrot, green chillies, fennel powder, dry mango powder, crushed roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and Tata Sampann Kitchen King Masala and mix with your hand till well combined. 3. To make the cutlets, take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball and slightly flatten to make a cutlet.4. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan.5. Place the cutlets in the hot oil and shallow fry on both sides till golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper.6.
