Mini Bite Badusha / How To Make Badusha / Badusha | Vahchef - VahRehVah

MIni Bite Badushah is a traditional dessert recipe. Sweet usually made during festival season. It's a traditional dessert. Easy to cook delicious to eat badusha

INGREDIENTS:

All Purpose Flour - 2 Cup
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tea Spoon
Ghee - 2 Table Spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Curd - 2 Table Spoon
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
Saffron - 1/2 Teaspoon
Ghee - 1/2 Cup

DIRECTIONS:

1. Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add baking power or Soda, pinch of Salt and add curd mix it well make dough rest it for 15 minutes and make small dumplings .

2. Preparing Sugar syrup : Boiled water in a pan add water, Sugar boiled once string consistency and add saffron mix it well.

3. Heat 1/2 Cup of Ghee in a Pan add fried badusha golden in color.
Then Soaked the sugar syrup.

Now the Badusha is ready to serve.
