Mini Box Samosa Chaat
Mini box samosa ajza:
Khanay ka tail 2tbsp
Pyaaz (katti hui) 1 cup
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Laal mirch powder 1 tsp
Kutti laal mirchen 1 tsp
Zeera 1 tsp
Dhaniya (peesa huwa) 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Namak
Ublay huway alu 1 kilo
Hari mirchen (katti hui) 2 tbs
Hara dhaniya (katta huwa) 1/4 cup
Samosa patti 1 packet
Khanay ka tail hasb-e-zarurat
Flour mixture (maida 1/2 cup+pani hasb-e-zarurat)
Sabaz chutney bananay ke ajza:
Hari mirch 2
Hara dhaniya 1 cup
Zeera 1 tsp
Namak 1/4 tsp
Pani 3 tbsp
Lehsan ka jawa 1
Imli ki chutney bananay ke ajza:
Imli ka gooda 1 cup
Pani 1/4 cup
Zeera 1 tsp
Kali mirchen 1 tsp
Namak hasb-e-zarurat
Cheeni 1 cup
Mini box samosa bananay ke ajza:
1. Mini box samosa bananay ke liye aik pan me khanay ka tail garam kar ke is me pyaaz daal kar aik minute tak pakayen. Ab is me haldi powder, laal mirch powder, zeera, peesa huwa dhaniya or namak daal kar achi tarhan mix karen or aik se 2 mins ke liye pakayen.
2. Ab aik bowl me alu daal kar ke achi tarhan mash krlen. Phir is me tayar masala, hara dhaniya, hari mirch or peesa huwa dhaniya daal kar achi tarhan mix krlen
3. Ab do samosa patti aik dusray ke upar rakh ke darmeyan me flour mixture lagayen.
4. Ab is ke darmeyan me alu ka mixture rakh ke box ki shakal bana len or flour mixture se band karlen.
Note: samosa ko air tight bag me daal kar 2-3 hafton freeze me rakh saktay hain.
5. Ab aik karahi me khanay ka tail garam kar ke samosa ko golden brown or crispy honay tak deep fry karlen. Mini box samosa tayar hai.
6. Sabz chutney bananay ke liye aik blender me hara dhaniya, podinay ke pattay, zeera, namak, pani, hari mirch or lehsan daal kar k paste ki shakal me blend kar len. Hari chutney tayar hai.
7. Imli ki chutney bananay ke liye aik pan me imli ka gooda, pani or cheeni daal kar 2mins ke liye pakayen.
8. Ab is me zeera, kutti laal mirchen or namak daal kar 2 se 3-mins ke liye pakayen. Ab chulha band kar ke thanda honay den.imli ki chutney tayar hai.
9. Assembling ke liye aik plate me mini box samosa rakh kar in par hari chutney, imli ki chutney, dahi, pyaaz, anaar, seviyan, hara dhaniya or podinay ke pattay daalen. Mini Box Samosa Chaat tayar hai.


Mini Box Samosa Chaat
Ingredients for Mini Box Samosa:
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Boiled potatoes 1 kg
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
Samosa patti 1 pack
Oil (for frying) as required
Flour Mixture (all-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water as required)
Ingredients for Green Chutney:
Green chilies 2
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Garlic cloves 1
Ingredients for Imli Chutney:
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Sugar 1 cup
Ingredients for Assembling:
Mini Box Samosa
Green chutney as required
Imli chutney as required
Yogurt as required
Onion (chopped) as required
Pomegranate as required
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Mint leaves as required
Sev as required
Directions for Mini Box Samosa Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add onion. Cook for a minute.
2. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds crushed, salt and cook for 1-2 mins. Turn off the flame.
3. In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mash them well. Add the prepared masala, green coriander, green chilies, 1 tsp of coriander seeds crushed and mix it well.
4. Now take a samosa patti. Brush flour mixture in the center. Place another samosa patti on it perpendicularly.
5. Add prepared potato mixture in the center and make box shape. Bind the samosa with flour mixture.
Note: Can be frozen in an airtight bag for 2-3 weeks.
6. In a wok heat oil and add prepared samosa. Deep fry until crispy and golden in color. Set aside. Your Mini Box Samosa are ready.
Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
7. In a blender add green coriander, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt, water, green chilies, garlic and blend into smooth paste. Your green chutney is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
8. In a pan heat tamarind pulp, water, sugar and cook for 1-2 mins.
9. Add cumin seeds, red chili flakes, salt and cook for 2-3 mins. Turn off flame and let it cool at room temperature. Your Imli Chutney is ready.
10. In a plate place mini box samosa and them top them with green chutney, imli chutney, yogurt, onion, pomegranate, sev, green coriander, mint leaves.
11. Your Mini Box Samosa Chaat is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins
